Like Bachmann, this is the chart of someone who is likely "playing" conservative in order to be elected in conservative areas, unless he's doing a great job of going against his astrological impulses. The local politicians I've done don't have to do this, as their elections are non partisan, and thus their party affiliations reflect their astrological impulses.
