It's rare but not unheard of for Latino Democrats to have right wing cultural indicators, but the defensive Pallas is surprising for someone guilty of a crime that he committed. I'll have to look at the chart of fellow guilty council member at the time, Louis Byrd, to see what his Pallas is like.
